Animal Control
The City of Govstack's Animal Control By-law outlines rules and regulations for pets and animals in the community. View the by-law to learn more about:
- Prohibited animals and exceptions
- Animals running at large
- Impounded animals
- Defecation by animals
- Licence fees and animals tags
- Offences and fees payable
We encourage pet owners to treat their animals humanely and to be respectful of other community members by always keeping animals under control.
